PennDOT to replace bridge on Route 115, add connection from 115/309 to I-81

WILKES-BARRE — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) on Thursday announced that work is underway on a new bridge that will connect Route 115 to Interstate 81 south.
